ABOUT PROMOT AUTOMATION

The PROMOT Compact S2000 gantry robot has been developed. The standardized modular NC gantry robot for small and medium-sized companies becomes affordable for the first time. The NC control, universal grippers and magazines enable simple retooling and therefore use with small batch sizes.

PROMOT Automation is gaining more and more customers in series production. This is associated with company growth, hall construction and certifications (ISO9001, VDA6.4). Technically, the the modular system for magazines, articulated robots and software has been improved and expanded.

After the financial crisis, further growth steps are taken and the production area is expanded to 18,000 m².
The focus is on expanding software capacity, including the development of our own ProSYS host computer software. This enables us to implement complex robot cells for flexible production, pallet handling "Palmaster" and tool handling "Toolmaster".

Back to the roots of the 1990s. With the independent PROMRO product range, robot cells are developed specifically for small batch sizes and fast changeovers. In addition to simple operation, the aim is to be able to offer suitable robot cells for different tasks through very flexible combination options for magazines, robots, grippers and stations.

In addition to loading and unloading the machine tools, the interlinking of processes and internal transportation can be automated.

Pallet handling with articulated arm robots or linear kinematics for one or more machining centers. Pallet weights up to 2,500 kg. Central tool magazine ToolMaster for up to 2,500 tools. PROMOT's own master computer software ProSYS for control, planning and data management.
