Program robot sequence

The robot sequence is defined in a graphical user interface of the cell controller. Depending on the complexity of the workpieces and the required sequences, PROMRO uses different input masks of the same software. used. So that every task is as easy to operate as possible. Basic types of software

Software Single Batch

If the machine needs to be retooled between batches, it is easiest to retool the robot cell as well.
The set-up process takes place after each batch. The unmanned time is as long as a batch lasts and there is space for blanks in the magazine.

Multi Batch software

If changeover activities on the machine and robot hardware can be avoided during workpiece handling. For example, with the same clamping devices and geometrically similar parts, the robot can also automatically load different batches one after the other. load different batches one after the other.
To do this, the NC programs are called up individually on the machine control system.

Software Jobmanager MB

The real job manager manages the NC programs and sends them to the machine via a DNC interface.

PARAMETRIC PROGRAM CREATION

In parametric programming, the geometric data of the workpiece and the required information on the sequence and paths are entered. The robot uses this information to calculate its travel paths. Very suitable for geometries that are always the same, for example sawing sections.

PROMOT - OPTICAL TEACHING

With optical teaching (PROMOT), the robot moves independently to the next predefined parameter point. This point is moved and fixed optically by axis movements + -. One point at a time. Very well suited if you do not want to or cannot define the geometry of the workpiece, clamping device or gripper fingers (cast parts, variable parts).

Onepanel

With the PROMRO Onepanel, it has not only been possible for the first time to bring the functions of the robot cell into an appealing graphic interface. ALL of the robot's functions for which the robot's hand-held control unit is usually required are also of the robot are displayed in this standardized graphical menu structure. This means that no knowledge of complex robot operation is required. Training and operation become much easier.

Remote maintenance

Remote maintenance enables access to the robot cell and robot controls. This means that system statuses can be analyzed remotely together with the user on site and, if necessary, interventions can be made or software updates can be installed. The remote maintenance connection must be consciously activated by the user.

ProMonitor

With the ProMonitor, the status of the machine and robot cell can be visualized at any time in a browser on a tablet, PC or cell phone. An email or SMS push message can be configured in the event of faults.

Interface competence
